The sound the letter (J) makes has never existed in the Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek or Latin languages. This fact is why no one in Yasha's day could have accurately pronounced the English name Jesus. 666 in the Scriptures
John wrote his famous Book of Revelation with a pictographic alphabet called Aramaic, but some people believe that John wrote it in Greek. When John saw a vision of the infamous Mark of the Beast ☭ he had to choose a way to represent it in his writing. In 95 AD, John’s visions became the Book of Revelation, where the Qadash (Holy) Land was a place where languages converged and blended with each other. Alphabets blended together so Pictograms were used to represent the hammer and the sickle ☭ in the Mark of the Beast. Scribes who rewrote John’s description of the Mark of the Beast encountered a dilemma with the drawing of the Mark. They had to convert the drawing to letters so that it would be rewritten with consistent accuracy. They did not continue to draw a hammer that overlaid a sickle ☭. They separated the hammer from the sickle and placed an ampersand between them or in the 2nd case they used a straight line pictogram. They used a pictogram that looked like a hammer and a pictogram that looked like a sickle. This would have been all right because the Aramaic language was pictographic and it had a pictogram that represented a hammer and it had a pictogram that represented a sickle. After the Mark of the Beast was converted from a drawing into letters, some readers could still see that the Mark of the Beast was a hammer and sickle. Future changes cut the connection between a drawing of a hammer and sickle and letters that represented them. After significant changes like those, the identity of the Mark of the Beast was lost. Its identity became sealed from human understanding. However, Χς would not be a satisfactory translation because these two letters had a combined number value of only 606. Scholars at that time were already aware that the numbers 666 were associated with the Beast and Babylon. They desired to use letters that had a combined number value of six hundred and sixty six. Frustrated scribes needed to insert another letter that had a numbervalue of 60 in order to bring the total value of the Mark up to six hundred and sixty six. One solution was to insert the ξ a Greek letter that had the value of 60. However, the scribe would have created a problem by doing that. He would have added a third symbol to the Mark of the Beast ξ. The Mark had only two symbols and they were a hammer and a sickle. The Greek letter ξ had been unofficially taking on the meaning of “and” because it looked like the Roman ampersand (&). The Roman & was a letter that had recently been added to the Roman alphabet. The Roman & was a combination of the Roman letters E and t. The word Et meant “and.” That is why an ampersandmeans “and.” ξ and & could look almost identical depending on the way a person wrote them. When the bible was being printed in Europe, early printing presses used metal letters attached to wooden blocks. British printers would not have used Greek letters for the Mark of Beast for printing the 1526 William Tyndale's Bible manuscript in the German city of Worms. Neither would printers have used pictographic letters. Nobody thought to use them to represent the Mark of the Beast anyway. Printing presses could have served to obscure the identity of the Mark of the Beast ☭ because early typesetting was very limited, so just a simple number was used. English typesetters did not have ancient Aramaic or Greek pictograms that would represent the Mark of the Beast ☭. More modern letters had long since replaced pictographic letters. In Britian and Europe, Bible printing was on a deadline to spread the word used manual arrangement of tiny lead-cast English letters in order to compose John’s Revelation verse about the Mark of the Beast. The early printers had a limited assortment of letters to choose from. If he made a bad decision, he could go bankrupt and be branded as a heretic. What would be the safest and quickest way to deal with his dilemma? They ended up falling back on the 666 interpretation still used in the King James Bible and most modern translations today.

The Mark ☭ was a "vision" by John of the Beast of Babylon of the future. Some have heard about ancient manuscripts that have the numbers 616 or 606 instead of 666 further supporting the χ hammer and ϛ sickle mark or ☭ combined. How did you know that GOD was Pagan (Satanic)? God in modern Hebrew is אֱלהִים, which transliterates into Elohim. The Interpreter's Dictionary of the Bible, Volume 1, page 817, we find the information that El or Elohim simply means demon.
